Ghostly meringue recipe!
5 egg whites and 300g caster sugar
Preheat oven to 100 degrees on fan forced.
To make these boo-tiful meringue kisses, whisk your egg whites in your stand mixer on high. Keep whisking until you reach stiff peaks. This means you can tip the bowl over your head and the meringue does not fall out!
Add the sugar one tablespoon at a time whilst your mixer is running on medium to high speed. Once you have used up all your sugar then crank up the mixer to high and mix for another 10 minutes. You want to make sure you can't feel any grainy sugary bits (very technical term!).
Pipe and bake for 30-40 minutes! Enjoy!
