2 cups self raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
150g salami chopped into teeny pieces (or ham or pepperoni)
1.5 cups tasty cheese
1 cup milk
125g butter (melted and cooled a teeny bit)
What to do
Preheat over to 180 degrees (fan forced). Line your muffin tin with muffin cases.
Place the flour, baking powder, salt, salami and cheese in a large bowl and mix to combine. Add the eggs, milk and butter and mix to combine. Do not over mix or your muffins will not be fluffy.
Scoop into muffin cases and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. They taste amazing and your home will smell like a pizzeria.
